Head Coach

Jordan has trained in a range of movement disciplines under the world’s best coaches and mentors including Jackson Lennan, Antonio Lauro L. Rodrigues, Harry Williams, Joachim Hilderson and Jon Yuen.

A graduate in a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences from the University of Queensland, Jordan practices ‘movement’ under such labels of calisthenics, mobility, bodybuilding, yoga and Brazillian ju jitsu. A blue belt in BJJ, Jordan won the recent Queensland State Championship.

Jordan is adept in diverse coaching environments, with experience in coaching everyone from beginners to experts, children to older adults and the tentative and fearless. Jordan’s creative and friendly teaching approach brings the best out of all his students.

At Just Movement, we believe movement is more than exercise, it is a practice of exploring your potential and improving the quality of your life. We train with intention, moving with purpose rather than simply chasing numbers, aesthetics, or exhaustion.

Through strength training, mobility, handstands, and whole-body movement, we build strength through range, resilience through challenge, and confidence through capability. We focus on the foundations many people overlook: healthy joints, strong bodies, coordinated movement, and sustainable habits that support you for years to come.
