Strength & Mobility

Join our Strength and Mobility class for a training experience that builds real-world strength and keeps your body moving well for life. Suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced, these sessions focus on developing upper body strength that carries over into everyday movement and skills like chin-ups, muscle-ups, and push-ups. Alongside this, you’ll improve shoulder and wrist mobility, increase joint stability, and move with greater control — pain-free and with confidence. Lower BODY

Our Lower Body class is built around developing strength that carries over into real life — helping you move with more power, balance, and control.
